1月1日(月)16時過ぎに発生した『令和6年能登半島地震』が落ち着くまでの間、1月4日木曜日朝より、『地殻プレートへのお祈り』以降を、署名下のように変更します。
『地殻プレートへの祈り』につきましては、従来は五種類の地殻プレートへのお祈りをしておりましたが六種類にいたします。
これは、元旦に能登半島地震が発生して以降、頻発地震の原因が次のような理由によるものと判明したためです。

京都大の西村卓也准教授（測地学）の解説によりますと、太平洋プレートとユーラシアプレートの隙間に入り込んだ約2900立方メートルとみられる海水が流水の形となり能登半島沖で上昇し、地下16km付近の断層にずれが生じ、地上近くで地震が頻発する構造になっているとのことです。
それを受けて、六番目のお祈り以降に次の祈りを加えます。
